We considerour winery a pioneer in the production of Vermentino: our first bottling goes back to 1982. For this wine of large fragrance and generous flavour, we guarantee the “Cold Chain”, from the grape to the bottle.
Straw-Coloured, its perfume is a mixture of exotic fruits and flowers; long-lasting fragrance: the mouth remains sapid and full, with sweet notes on the end.
Static decantation of the must after soft pressing in the total absence of oxygen; fermentation and refining in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
After fermentation it matures on its own fine lees for 4 months.
