In order to obtain a superior wine, selected grapes of Vermentino are left on the plant longer than usual, and gathered overripe. Its perfume is an explosion of fruits and of flowers, honey and nectar. Intense and fragrant its taste.

After soft pressing and static sedimentation at low temperature; the clear must is inoculated with yeasts; fermentation and refinement takes place partly in steel barriques.
