We considerour winery a pioneer in the production of Vermentino: our first bottling goes back to 1982. For this wine of large fragrance and generous flavour, we guarantee the “Cold Chain”, from the grape to the bottle.
Straw-Coloured, its perfume is a mixture of exotic fruits and flowers; long-lasting fragrance: the mouth remains sapid and full, with sweet notes on the end.
Decantazione statica del mosto dopo pressatura soffice in totale assenza di ossigeno; fermentazione ed affinamento in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata.
Dopo la fermentazione matura sulle proprie fecce fini per 4 mesi.
Vasche in acciaio inox.
Da amare giovane, apprezzando l’evoluzione nei successivi 2 anni.
