This wine is produced from grapes grown on the hills which first saw the fruit of his hard work. Because of its productive history and for its identity, it represents the consciousness of the ever growing wine vocation of our land Maremma.
Happy combination between our most important grape of world: Sangiovese and Cabernet-Souvignon: intense ruby colour with red fruits fragrance combined with typical spicy nuances. In mouth is charming, full and resolute in its tannic component.
Diraspapigiatura seguita da 15-18 giorni di vinificazione tradizionale a temperatura controllata; dopo la svinatura affinamento in parte in acciaio inox, in parte in barrique, per almeno 6 mesi.
