The foam is abundant, the straw color is empty with fine perlage and good persistence.
The aroma is frank, persistent and quite fine, with typical notes of exotic fruits, of the Vermentini of the Maremma coast.
In the mouth it is pleasant, fragrant and full-bodied… final sensation of good fragrance, freshness and flavour.
Produced from Vermentino grapes.
After a manual harvest, to ensure the basic characteristics of a sparkling wine, it is fermented at low temperatures until the sugars are exhausted.
After a period of 1-2 months on the fermentation lees, it is intended for the setting of foam.
It ferments and matures in an autoclave for 4-5 months, then is released for consumption 2 months after bottling.
