Aire is born from the union of blackberry grapes and syrah, an expression of a meeting between tradition and varietal innovation.
With a deep red color it is characterized by its intense scents of berries and spices in the mouth is a harmony of acidity, elegance and tannic sweetness.
De-crushing followed by 14-18 days on the skins; after racking, it is best aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.

To drink after 5-6 months of bottling.
