Produced with Sangiovese grapes (85%) – Cabernet Canaiolo black
Derived from a maceration of 10 days at controlled temperature (26/28°C). Subsequently only the Cabernet Canaiolo black reposes for several months in oak barrels.
Wine of a ruby colour with glints of purple, intense fragrance with hints of wild berries. Elegant in the composition of its components.
