Produced with grape content 85% Sangiovese, Syrah 10% and Alicante 5%. The harvest is performed by hand, after selecting the grapes. The final product follows a traditional vinification for reds with a maceration of 15 days at controlled temperature. Afterwards left to repose for 10/12 months in oak barrels and finally decanted in bottles for 6 months. A wine of intense and persistent fragrance with a suggestion of cherry, of a purple hue, generous and elegant and lasting to the taste. It is advised to pour the wine to let it breath, preferably in a decanter, an hour before serving.
GOES WELL WITH: This wine agrees perfectly with typical dishes of decisive flavour such as game, meat in general and grilled meats.
